Under 11 Training Sessions On Thursdays At Winsford

Coaches Billy and Pearl Hodkinson along with Coach Louise McGrath are now running sessions indoors at Verdin High School Sports Hall on Thursday evenings.

The sessions are for the athletes who are in the under 11 age group which runs from 7pm - 8pm.  The sessions are multi- events combined with some fitness aspects with a view to training the athletes for sports hall competitions.

Athletes who attend Rudheath on Tuesday evenings are very welcome to attend the sessions on Thursday evenings at Winsford and vice versa.
