Club President Thanks All For A Successful Year

Club President Harry Evans would like to thank all the athletes, coaches and committee members for all their hard work during the last 12 months.

The coaches at the club donate their time on a voluntary basis travelling vast distances to support the athletes of the club in competitions as well as regular coaching sessions at the club.  Many thanks to all the coaches at the club who devote endless hours to a good cause.

There has been many, many excellent achievements over the last year with junior and senior athletes gaining international honours and this is a fantastic achievement both for the club and the athletes themselves.  There have been far too many achievements to mention here, however, those achievements will be recognised at the annual Presentation evening in April 2004, which is also our Tenth Birthday.

Lastly, I would like to thank the members of the committee who also devote many, many hours to the 'behind the scenes' work, in making sure the club is effectively run and that all procedures are in place to allow this to happen.  Thank you for all your sterling work over the last twelve months.

On a very final note, I would like to send good wishes to all the members of Vale Royal Athletic Club for a super Christmas and look forward to seeing you all in action in the New Year.
