2012 Presentation Evening
 

A request for help from Club Chairman Alan Parsons:

Please could all members let me know their thoughts on the next Presentation Evening.
Here are some of my views.....

It should be a One Club event with both seniors and juniors.
It should celebrate much more than our successes.
It should not have food this time to ensure we have space for everyone.
It should be a time to meet the committee behind the club.
It should not involve a prominent athlete this time (we should have a programme of such events throughout the year instead)

I need you to help me tell me what YOU would like to see and where you think we could hold it (to handle up to 300 people).
