A fantastic Evening of Dancing!!!

The presentation Evening which took place on Friday 19th April 2002 at the Aventis Sports Club in Holmes Chapel went with a bang.  Prizes were presented to athletes in many disciplines both junior and senior athletes.  The dance floor was packed with 120 athletes all dancing the night away.  Photos of the evening can be seen in the Photos Section, so have a look!!!

Prizes were presented by Andrew Carter (club member) who represented GB in the 1972 Olympics where he came 5th in the final of the mens 800m.  Andrew held the British record for many years which was then broken by Double Olympic Champion Seb Coe.
