Ruth Wins Award For Efforts As Athlete

Ruth Ellis has won a prestigious award for her efforts in the disciplines of throws as well as playing for her hockey team as a goal keeper.

Ruth went to the awards evening organised by Sport Cheshire and won the award of Best Athlete within Cheshire for the Under 15 age category.

Ruth was delighted with the award and enjoyed the evening full of celebrity guests which was great for her to meet some stars.

Ruth is now knuckling down to the hard winter season where plenty of sweat will be shed to get ready for the explosive event of throws next year.
