Trip To Ireland Coming Soon!!!

 Athletes and Coaches from Vale Royal Athletic Club are beginning to look forward to the trip to Ireland in April 2005 with lots of enthusiasm.  The trip will involve many different activities such as water sports, pier jumping and water fall climbing under the instruction of qualified instructors based at the Carlingford Adventure Centre.
