Shaun Promotes Club In Schools

Shaun McGrath has been into Secondary schools in the last week or two to promote the club and recruit young athletes to take part in athletics.

Shaun went along to St Nicks High school and Verdin High School where the schools invited primary schools to participate in sports hall athletics.

Tom Carter, a Great Britain International Athlete from Vale Royal Athletic Club went along with Shaun to hand out leaflets and chat to young school pupils about athletics.

Shaun was delighted with the invite to the schools and has been part of the clubs drive to visit schools over the last ten years with great success.
