Neil Receives Club Mark Award On

Neil Templeman was proud to represent the club at the AAA Indoor Championships to formally collect the club mark award from the chairman of the England Athletics Chief Executive Dr Harrison.  Also in the picture on the right hand side of the photo is Mike Hunt, the Regional Development Co-ordinator (North West) For England Athletics.

Neil spent the day in the VIP Suite watching the athletics where Hanna Hewitson from Vale Royal AC earlier won a silver medal at the national championships in the triple jump, coached by Neil Templeman.

The reason for this being reported now, was that the photos took a while to be sent from England Athletics, hence the delayed report on this site.

The award was collected in front of three thousand people and Neil was slightly embarrassed about standing on the podium to collect the award.  Harry Evans was due to attend as he worked with Neil on the Club Mark Award, but was unfortunately on holiday.
