Michaela Gains MV Award From

Sport Cheshire

Michaela Penney has become the third volunteer coach at the club to gain the prestigious award of Millennium Volunteers Award.  This is an award issued by Sport Cheshire to people between the ages of 16 - 24 who volunteer at a local sports club for a total of 200 hours.

Michaela has worked extremely hard in a variety of coaching sessions and other settings to gain the award, where she was presented with the award at the presentation evening by Peter Fahy the Chief Constable of Cheshire Constabulary.

Harry Evans, who is the club president congratulated Michaela on her achievement and commented that the club has a firm commitment to this award scheme and this is the third volunteer coach to work through and achieve this award in the last 18 months.
