Athletes Receive Norwich Shine Awards

For The Fourth Year Running

For the fourth year running Vale Royal AC athletes have received the Norwich Shine Awards Certificates in the Decathlon Award (Level 2) and the Fit Athlete Award (Level 3).

Some of the athletes can be seen with the Chief Constable of Cheshire Police, Peter Fahy who presented the awards to athletes at the Presentation evening in April.

The athletes worked hard on the national awards scheme over the winter months with many coaches at the club who devoted time and effort to the awards scheme.  A special word of thanks would go to Dave Copsey who consistently displayed effort to ensure the awards were completed along with Pearl Hodkinson.
