Girls Enjoy Fantastic Week At Twickers

Rising Stars Stevie Stockton and Rebecca Craggie of the middle distance squad at the club spent a great week at St Marys College Track in London after a special invitation from UK Athletics for 80 of the best junior runners in the country.

During that week which they both described as amazing they met so many stars from Paula Radcliffe, Craig Mottram and many Kenyan athletes along with top coaches such as Bud Baldaro to name just a few of the top athletes and coaches there.

Coach Shaun McGrath went along for the week and said it was a fantastic week for the girls who worked very hard at each session and learnt about lifestyle management, nutrition, sport psychology and many other areas.
