National XC Champs - Info for
Runners.
The National Cross Country Championships take place on Saturday 23rd February at Herrington Park, Sunderland.
There is a £6 entry fee
payable by all runners.
Also for those coming on the coach, an additional £10 per person (with
discounts for families).
The coach will depart Knights Grange at 6:45am, and depart Sunderland at
4:30pm - after the Senior Men's race.
