Headtorch Night Run - Wed 16th Oct

Next Wednesday 16th October there will be a Headtorch run from the Up & Running store in Chester and I would like to invite your members to join us.
With the dark mornings and nights drawing in it will be a good opportunity for runners to try running with a headtorch (headtorch  provided).
