This weekend Delamere Forest is hosting its summer concerts.
Therefore training for the Endurance Group is relocating.

On Saturday there will be a session at Knights Grange on track or grass, starting at 8:30am.

The Sunday run will start from Whitegate Station (usual 10:00 start).
There is ample parking and toilet facilities available at the venue.
