The club has produced over the years 25 full internationals in cross country, fell running as well as track running events.
These athletes are :

Karen Ellison, Hayley Jones, Hannah Weedall, Stevie Stockton, Nicky Archer, Stephen Mitchell,
Charlotte Roach and Rebecca Craigie.
In 2012 Jess Parsons and Katie Gerrard won a team gold medal representing
England in the SIAB Home
Internationals Cross Country Championships.
More
recently Tessa McCormick, Katie Brough, Elliot Bowker, Matt Sheen, Mike Vennard,
Amelia Pettitt and Jacob Brown
have joined the ranks of club internationals.
Senior
athletes from Vale Royal Athletic Club who have gained international honours
are John Watson who competed for Great Britain at the World Championships
(over 65 vets) in the Throws Pentathlon, and Mike Weedall who competed for
Great Britain in the Fell Running World Championships in the V45 category.
Also in 2011 Stu Doyle helped England to a V40 team gold
in the British & Irish Cross
Country Championships.
A belated addition to this list is Andy Gibbs. Andy ran for England at the 22nd Great Britain and Irish Masters International cross country race in 2009. He was 4th in the race V45 and England won a gold medal.
